Angle and Length Measurement of a Polygon

The locators provide a configurable interface for measuring the side lengths and angles of a polygon.

(56 lines omitted)

The tool detects the closest edge or vertex when the locators are moved and will snap to the highlighted item on release. In the case of self-intersecting polygons, intersection of edges is also detected.
Polygons: create regular -sided polygon using "automatic", random vertices using "random", or custom vertices using "manual".
Tool: "constant angle" preserves the separation of the two lines and "constant length" preserves the length of each of those lines.
