Arc Resolution

How long are the half circle arcs of equal color? If the radii are small, one might think that their length converges to the diameter of the black disk. In fact, the circumference of a circle is the same as the sum of the circumferences of two circles with half the original radius. Thus all those colored waves are of equal length.
