Dichtefunktion der Studentschen t-Verteilung (German)

Die Dichtefunktion der studentschen -Verteilung mit Freiheitsgraden ist gegeben durch .
In der Demonstration ist es möglich diese Dichtefunktion für verschiedene Freiheitsgrade ausgeben zu lassen (blaue Kurve). Zusätzlich ist es möglich sich zum Vergleich die Dichtefunktion der Standardnormalverteilung anzeigen zu lassen (rote Kurve). Für eine hohe Anzahl an Freiheitsgraden kann die Dichte der -Verteilung durch die Normalverteilung approximiert werden.
English translation: Density Function for Student's -Distribution
Student's -distribution with degrees of freedom is represented by the function . The blue curve shows this distribution for different numbers of degrees of freedom . For large values of the -distribution approaches a standard normal distribution, as shown by the red curve.
