Visualize directional derivatives in three dimensions. Adjust the plane using the initial point and . If you want to set a specific value for and , check the box and use the sliders that appear. You can see how the tangent line to the curve that is the intersection of the plane you have chosen and the surface changes by sliding the point where the derivative is calculated.
