Inscribe a Scaled Copy of a Triangle in Another Triangle

Consider a given triangle (blue). We want to inscribe a triangle (orange) whose sides are parallel to the sides of another given triangle (yellow). Sometimes this is not possible, and then there is no orange triangle. You can drag the vertices of either the blue or yellow triangles.
