Isothermal Reactor with Complex Reactions

Consider the following complex reaction scheme:
,
,
.
This sequential-parallel reaction scheme takes place in a CSTR (continuous stirred-tank reactor). Inlet concentrations of species and (the only species present in the inlet flow) are equal to 1 kmol/. Initial concentrations of species , , , , and are taken equal to zero. We choose a reaction rate constant such that for .
This Demonstration shows the start-up of the reactor for values of the residence time, (in seconds), to be set by the user. Concentrations of species , , , , and are shown in yellow, red, purple, green and blue, respectively.
