Latitude and Longitude of a Point on a Sphere
You measure an arc length along the equator and on a meridian of a sphere to reach a point. What are the latitude and the longitude of this point? Do these angular coordinates depend on the radius of the sphere? How do these arc lengths change as you change the radius of the sphere?
