Möbius Strip Made from a Rotating Bar

The center of a bar moves around a circle while it rotates in the moving vertical plane perpendicular to the circle. The position of the bar is shown at regular intervals. When the bar completes half a vertical turn in one rotation around a circle, its images form a Möbius strip.
