Octahedral Ring

Ten rings of octahedra are arranged in a ring. The size of each octahedron can be adjusted from half the height of the golden octahedron to its full height. The number of full golden octahedra is (ten of them are shared between adjacent rings). The assembly consisting of 100 half golden octahedra can be regarded as part of a ring of ten buckyballs shown in the Demonstration "Ring of Ten Icosahedra".
