Passive Sonar


	A passive sonar array can determine both the range and bearing relative to an acoustic source. The time delay on arrival (TDOA) from each pair of hydrophones determines a hyperbola along which the source point lies. By finding the intersection point of all three hyperbolas, you can find the location of the source point. Drag the locator to position the sound source.
