A selected arc of a unit circle is placed times around -gons so that their ends meet. The Reuleaux-like polygons so produced are extruded to form bars. If such a bar is placed in a similarly shaped hole of another bar, then a shaft coupling can be produced that does not need additional fastening components. A unit cylinder is shown as a reference of size.
