This Demonstration constructs the spherical signature of two planets in circular orbits around the Sun. The "ratio" controller sets the ratio of the radii of the two planetary orbits, and the "direction" controller sets the planets' orbits in the same (+1) or the opposite (-1) direction. The speed of each planet is equal to its orbital velocity .
