Telescopic Tower

Concentric cylinders can be moved in an axial direction to simulate the extension and retraction of telescopic structures. Telescopic structures have an amazingly wide range of applications wherever extension is useful, including antennas, masts, crane booms, ladders, buildings, and hand tools, as well as such trifles as drinking cups or ballpoint pens.
