Visualization Tools for the Design of Digits

This Demonstration shows a mathematical method of visualizing the design of digits.

(147 lines omitted)

The basis of this Demonstration is a set of very simply constructed digits using Mathematica's ContourPlot.
This method for the design of letters and digits is based on research activities shared with my friend Horst Helbig, who died last year. I dedicate this publication to him.
