The 600-cell is a four-dimensional polytope. An orthogonal projection selects three coordinates as three-dimensional positions and scales these positions by taking the fourth coordinates as exponents of a scaling base. Sizes of the spheres depicted are proportional to the absolute magnitudes of these fourth coordinates.
