Bisectors of Quadrilaterals

A cyclic quadrilateral is a quadrilateral whose vertices lie on a circle. Given a quadrilateral, construct a new quadrilateral with vertices that are the intersection points with the previous and next bisectors (red dots). This is always a cyclic quadrilateral.
