Foam Bubbles Simulating Voronoi Diagrams

Requires a Wolfram Notebook System
Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.
This Demonstration simulates the behavior and appearance of bubbles in a foam using Voronoi diagrams. These are produced by the DistanceTransform function. Starting with the initial configuration of bubbles, you can interact with the bubbles by deleting (clicking), adding (clicking while holding the Alt or Ctrl key), and dragging them. Various color and image processing options can be applied.
