Kempe's Translator

Kempe's translator copies a link to another location. Since the link has constant length, it is given by its starting point and polar angle. So Kempe's translator translates an angle to a new location, keeping the same orientation. The translator is Kempe's simplest tool; the other two are the adder and the multiplicator.
