This Demonstration is a simple pixel painter for use in Mathematica. The top row controls the background color of the canvas, which does not affect the foreground. Use the left side to choose a color to paint the foreground or to erase undesirable parts. Hit the "reset" button in the upper-right corner to completely erase the foreground of the canvas. If you are having problems with painting speed, either try to point and click instead of dragging or change the canvas size.
