This Demonstration represents the walk generated from the digits of in various bases by using the Mathematica built-in function AnglePath. Each successive step is a rotation at an angle determined by the digits times 90 degrees. Simple rules here generate a pattern that appears to be essentially random, as explained in Stephen Wolfram's Demonstration Randomness in the Digits of Pi.
