Ray Tracing With Lenses

Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.
Using ray tracing, this demonstrates how a perceived image depends on the various characteristics of a lens. Converging lenses form an image on the opposite side of the lens from the object. A diverging lens creates a virtual image on the same side as the object. Vary the controls to learn how to construct the image.
