Rotation in Two Dimensions

Requires a Wolfram Notebook System
Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.
This Demonstration allows you to explore some of the features of rotation in two dimensions. You can drag or add locators to change the shape of the object. You can also see the lines joining vertices to their images as well as the perpendicular bisectors that intersect at the center of rotation. This Demonstration is designed as a class activity, so by projecting the image on a whiteboard or an interactive board, students can demonstrate their skill by predicting the position of any hidden object.
