This Demonstration shows the relationship between the daily movements of the stars and Moon with respect to the Sun. The Sun rises about 4 minutes and 56 seconds (on the average) later than the stars, while the Moon rises about 50 minutes (on the average) later than the stars. In this Demonstration, everything is represented with respect to the Sun.
