While it is impossible to predict the future price of any given stock, Mathematica can use a company's historical stock performance to generate a trend line that attempts to predict future stock performance. However, the Demonstration does not take into account current events, news releases, and earnings reports that may affect the performance of a stock.
Disclaimer: Investors should not consider the Demonstration when making investment decisions. All investors are advised to conduct their own independent research into individual stocks before making a purchase decision. In addition, investors are advised that past stock performance is no guarantee of future price appreciation.
