The Sound of Sine Waves

Requires a Wolfram Notebook System

Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.

Using this Demonstration, you can more clearly see what music "looks" like by investigating different sine functions. The slider allows you to listen to and see different frequencies (from 500 Hz to 8000 Hz); move your cursor over the graph to see the function associated with the sound and graph.
