Radians on the Circle of a Ferris Wheel

Suppose the cars on a Ferris wheel are located on a circle at increments of radians. This Demonstration lets you choose the color of the Ferris wheel and install the cars up to a given number of radians. You can then spin the part of the Ferris wheel you have constructed.
