There is one sphere at the center, 12 at the vertices of an icosahedron, 12 again at the vertices of another icosahedron, 60 at the vertices of a truncated icosahedron, 30 at the vertices of an icosidodecahedron, 60 at the vertices of another truncated icosahedron, and 20 at the vertices of a dodecahedron, for a total of 195 altogether.
