Extendable Frame
Requires a Wolfram Notebook System
Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.
Half-scissor joints are arranged in a circle and supplemented with further hinged bars. When extended, the structure provides a cylindrical frame. Northrop-Grumman deploys similar geometry in its AstroMesh Reflector, which is used in various space projects.
