Rotation Point Mandala

Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.

A set of random points is rotated around a point selected by a locator. The hues of points correspond to their angle of rotation. The resulting mandala has empty orbits whenever there are no initial points at a particular distance from the center of rotation.
