Using the lines joining the vertices in the six-pointed star, how many triangles can you find?

Before you look up the answer (slide "triangle" to the far right), find a fast method to count them. Once you think you have the answer, how can you be sure that you have not missed any?

This Demonstration shows the triangles one by one.
