Rotational and Translational Motion

Requires a Wolfram Notebook System
Interact on desktop, mobile and cloud with the free Wolfram Player or other Wolfram Language products.
Control a "hoop"—a rotating and translating infinitely thin cutout of a circle with rotational inertia equivalent to —as it moves through one second of time over a ramp with constant velocity and angular velocity. You can change the radius of the hoop, the parameters of the ramp, the number of points on the hoop, and which ones to track.
