This demonstrates a turtle‐graphics-based construction of a square‐filling curve. A robot turtle can be given instructions to walk forward, or to turn left or right. The path taken by a programmed turtle, called turtle-graphics, can lead to many interesting pictures. Here, a turtle is given instructions that wind up visiting more and more of a square.
