Armed Balloons Puzzle

Object: eliminate as many balloons as possible.
You are given a board with 49 balloons. Each balloon has directional markers that indicate which of its neighbors (not necessarily adjacent) will explode when you click it. The clicked balloon will also pop. You can only click a balloon if it causes at least one other balloon to pop!
The left border shows the target and the current number of balloons.You win when you have reduced the number of balloons to the given target amount. You lose if you are stalemated.
Option "rise":
If "rise" is active, each balloon will float upwards as long as the position above it is empty.
There are ten variants with fixed setups.
