Eigenvalues of Cellular Automaton Matrices

Create a matrix from the pattern of 0s and 1s of a cellular automaton evolution, then find the eigenvalues of the matrix in the complex plane. Note the regular and irregular structures seen with different rules.


Even-numbered rules below 128 give matrices that are half zeros, and always have simple eigenvalues.
